Sun Neuro – Marine-Sourced Plasmalogen Formula

I recently tried Sun Chlorella Sun Neuro Nootropic Plasmogen Supplement, and while it has its benefits, there are a few drawbacks worth noting. The plasmogen's advantages are impressive and I'm not disputing that. However, I’m disappointed that it’s not 3rd party tested or GMP certified, especially given the price point.What really annoys me is the serving size  Esix pills per dose! Although the pills are small and manageable to swallow, fitting six into my supplement regimen and taking them with my other supplements is quite inconvenient. For a one-month supply, these issues make it just an okay supplement, not exceptional.

Ifve been taking this supplement and I can tell my thinking is just a little more clear. Itfs like a sharpness I didnft have before. I will continue with this supplement to see how this effects after more use. But so far I am pleased.

This supplement smells and tastes of the sea. The daily dosage is broken down into 6 capsules that have that distinct smell of the ocean (for me, very similar in smell to seaweed). Going down, that "of the sea" smell continues and then lingers with an aftertaste that continues for a noticeable time.This is my first experience with Plasmalogen (and this brand). It's been a positive experience so far with no noticed adverse effects. The quality is there to make a case for the current $85 price point for a month's supply.

Sea Pineapple is a new supplement for me, and but it works incredibly well to help keep me focused and on task - even without taking the full dose. I've been using two a day and have experienced a marked increase in my ability to get stuff done. It doesn't give me energy, but used with citicoline and lion's mane, it's keeping me extra sharp. I'm adding it to my regular rotation of supplements.

The research behind these ingredients seems to be strong though, and although it takes a few weeks of steady use to notice results I think I've noticed benefits. This product has made a marked difference in my focus and memory. With many products making claims I was reluctant to give this a try and I’m so glad I did.

I get these types of supplements sometimes, and this one caught my eye. I have a large amount of experience in this area and usually it's just some blend of something I've tried a million times. They work, but not quite like this...As mentioned I am taking them with one other thing in particular, and they synergize amazingly. My memory recall is almost photographic for things I haven't thought about for decades, or... since I experienced it. I am not claiming these will be your results! They do not claim these results! For the price, I would say if you can afford it, try it. I apparently do not know as much as I should about plasmalogen derived from sea pineapple.At the price point, I'll have to wait a little to repurchase, but I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Sun Chlorella seems to be a reputable brand with a wide range of products. Although their is no mention of cGMP certification, the supplement is made in Japan where they have high manufacturing and pharmaceutical standards so quality control is probably fine. The batch I received had 1y4m of shelf life.Plasmalogens are lipids found in the brain and other organs that regulate the health of cells. They play an important part in the brain especially inhibiting neuron cell death and neuroinflammation. While a neurally beneficial supplement, this isn't necessarily a "nootropic". So you may not see a discernable effect from taking it, but it should promote brain health. Fair warning though, there isn't a lot of medical research or studies done into plasmalogen supplementation so efficacy is at the present uncertain.I've taken 6 capsules/day as part of my daily supplement regimen (with food) and haven't had any issues. They have a fishy/sea taste to them.As far as value goes, the current list price of $71.50 is very high... although most supplements originating from Japan are pricey.

This product uses Sea Pineapple for brain health support. It claims by adding this supplement you won't find a more concentrated source of plasmalogen. I'm game for trying this product out for helping to improve cognitive abilities with better focus and mental clarity. This is a product of Japan. Recommend serving size is 6 capsules, but don't worry they are on the smaller size and are easy to swallow. Servings per container is 30. Overall, if you are looking to help preserve and support cognitive function this is a really good supplement to try.

Not sure how to tell if this is actually working or not. We'll keep taking it and see how we feel.

I've taken this a few times , but I noticed no noticeable change with my cognition. Granted, I know most supplements take 2 weeks at least to work, but I just didn't want to keep taking 4 to 5 extra pills a day if I wasn't sure if it was working anyway. It definitely smells like sea weed, so I guess that's what Sea pineapple smells like. I might try this again when I've read more research about it

Just took my first dose and I'm not sure what to expect or when to expect it but I'm sure it takes at least 2 weeks at a minimum. Either way, what I can say for sure is that I didn't experience any negative side effects. Also, each dose is 6 capsules but they're really small. So even people that have troubling swallowing pills should have no problem with these.

I've taken this a few days now, and I'm not noticing anything really, You might see that it has 180 capsules, but you have to take 6 capsules for a serving, which is nearly $3/day. It's a headache to take because you have to take 6 capsules at once. The capsules are small, and they probably could've doubled the size so that you only had to take 3. Comes in a glass bottle, you don't see that very often. It does seem high quality. I'll continue to take and see if I see an improvement

These capsules are extremely teeny tiny, so even though you need to take 6 at a time, you can likely swallow them all at once. I did and I'm even someone who has difficulty with larger pills. The box itself is sealed but the actual bottle was not. However, the product hissed as I turned the lid, so it was clearly vacuum sealed. Just mentioning so it doesn't take anyone by surprise upon receipt.

My wife got these for me for the brain support, and it's still too early to report changes. I like that this is a very pure, simple product that's 3rd party tested for purity. I do wish they would make it gluten free so my wife could use it too. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that you are supposed to take 6 of these a day. Honestly, I take so many things that I'm not willing to add another 6 of these. I'll be trying it with a half dosage.
